Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are responsible for your child’s clinical care. They conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise therapy, provide parent training, monitor progress, and make ongoing clinical decisions to ensure treatment remains effective and individualized.

Meghan Rice

Consulting Clinical Director

Meghan brings more than eight years of experience as a BCBA, but her connection to ABA is also deeply personal. As the parent of a child on the autism spectrum, she has experienced firsthand the difference effective ABA can make in a child’s life. Having previously served as Bright Pathways’ Clinical Director, Meghan continues to support our team as Consulting Clinical Director, providing experienced clinical guidance and consultation as needed. Her career spans home, school, clinic, and telehealth settings, with extensive experience mentoring clinicians and developing high-quality clinical programs. Meghan holds a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Ball State University.

Christina’s journey into ABA began unexpectedly while substitute teaching in special education classrooms, where she discovered a passion for helping children with disabilities reach their full potential. That experience inspired her to earn a Master of Education in Special Education with a concentration in Autism and Developmental Disabilities from the University of Texas and become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). As one of the first BCBAs to join Bright Pathways, Christina has played a meaningful role in our growth, bringing tremendous dedication to our families and helping support and mentor fellow clinicians along the way. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, and embracing new creative challenges.

Janie Jimenez, BCBA

Janie originally set her sights on criminal justice, driven by a fascination with human behavior, before discovering that her real passion was helping people build the skills to lead more independent lives. That journey took her through special education and ultimately to ABA. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from UTSA, a Master’s in Special Education from Concordia University, and completed her ABA training through Brandman University before becoming a BCBA. Having helped open two ABA clinics, Janie brings a natural builder’s mindset to her work—she loves finding solutions, improving how things are done, and making sure children, families, and the clinicians supporting them have what they need to succeed. Outside of work, she’s a mom of two who loves traveling and making memories with her boys.

Natalie Villante, BCBA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Natalie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with more than a decade of experience helping children, adolescents, adults, and the professionals who support them. She earned her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Houston–Clear Lake and has served in executive clinical leadership, taught undergraduate behavior analysis courses, and mentored aspiring BCBAs. Passionate about delivering individualized, evidence-based care, Natalie is equally committed to advancing the field through education, collaboration, and clinical excellence.

Rebecca Roberson, BCBA

Rebecca Roberson

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Before becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Rebecca built extensive experience supporting students with complex behavioral and educational needs across public schools. She has worked across 14 campuses, helping shape autism and behavioral programs, guiding teachers through behavior plans, and contributing to important district-level decisions for students and families. Rebecca earned her Master’s in Special Education with a concentration in Autism from Texas Tech University before completing her ABA training through Arizona State University and becoming a BCBA. She brings that experience to Bright Pathways with a practical, collaborative approach, working closely with families, therapists, and care teams to help each child succeed.

Asenet Vallejo, BCBA

Asenet Vallejo

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Asenet’s background in speech and language gives her a unique perspective on helping children develop meaningful communication and everyday life skills. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders from Texas A&M University–Kingsville before completing her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Autism emphasis at Ball State University and becoming a BCBA. Today, Asenet combines clinical leadership with a warm, collaborative approach, partnering closely with families and taking an especially hands-on role in helping newer therapists build their skills and confidence. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is passionate about helping every child reach their fullest potential.

Julienne Payan, BCBA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Before becoming a BCBA, Julienne worked as a case manager helping children with autism access essential services. Seeing firsthand how difficult it could be for families to find quality ABA inspired her to pursue a career where she could make a more direct impact. She earned master’s degrees in Early Childhood Education from the University of Texas at El Paso and Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology before becoming a BCBA. Today, Julienne brings a particularly hands-on approach to clinical care and mentorship. She enjoys working directly with therapists, helping them strengthen their skills, think through challenges, and grow professionally—because she believes better-supported therapists ultimately provide better care for children. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she values close collaboration with both families and the clinicians she supports.

Deborah is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is passionate about building strong foundations for meaningful, long-term progress. She earned her Master’s degree in Special Education with a focus in ABA from the University of North Dakota before becoming a BCBA. Deborah has a particular passion for conducting comprehensive initial assessments and developing individualized treatment plans that guide each child’s care from the very beginning. Families appreciate her thoughtful, collaborative approach and her commitment to creating therapy plans that are both evidence-based and tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Before becoming a BCBA in 2018, Jena began her career as a special education teacher, giving her an early understanding of how children with different learning and behavioral needs thrive. Since then, she has worked across clinic and telehealth settings with individuals ranging from preschoolers to adults. Jena brings that broad perspective to each child she supports, combining her background in education with years of clinical experience to create practical, individualized care and work collaboratively with families and therapists.

Before becoming a BCBA, Sandy spent 12 years as a special education teacher, supporting students with autism and other complex learning needs—and was recognized as Teacher of the Year in 2024. She went on to earn her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and bring that extensive classroom experience into her clinical work. Sandy is passionate about creating individualized, practical strategies that help children build greater independence while working closely with the families and therapists who support them every day. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she brings a warm, collaborative perspective shaped by more than a decade of working directly with children and families.

Nicole Anderson

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Nicole’s path to ABA began while teaching English in Korea, where working one-on-one with children sparked an interest that ultimately shaped her career. Today, she brings a decade of ABA experience and 17 years of working with children, along with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Nicole is especially passionate about creative, play-based learning and helping skills carry over into children’s everyday lives. A natural mentor, she also enjoys developing RBTs and fellow clinicians and building collaborative teams around the children they serve. Outside of work, Nicole stays active through gymnastics and Pilates and enjoys reading, podcasts, and time with her dog.

Clinical Development Supervisor

Hadassah believes that great clinical care starts with confident, well-supported clinicians. As Bright Pathways’ Clinical Development Supervisor, she draws on more than seven years in the ABA field, having grown from a behavior technician into a Licensed Behavior Analyst and clinical quality leader. She earned her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Manhattanville University and brings extensive experience in quality assurance to her work. Hadassah loves mentoring clinicians, creating practical systems, and building a culture where learning, collaboration, and exceptional care go hand in hand.

Founder and CEO

After working in neuroscience and healthcare, Moshe became convinced that exceptional autism care requires more than great clinical expertise—it requires human-first organizations. Too often, families feel like case numbers, clinicians are stretched too thin, and operational challenges stand in the way of meaningful care. Moshe founded Bright Pathways ABA to prove that there is a better way: an organization where children, families, and clinicians are valued equally, and where every decision is guided by compassion, quality, and long-term relationships. Today, he remains deeply involved in shaping the systems, culture, and vision that help Bright Pathways deliver on that mission every day. Moshe’s educational background includes undergraduate studies focused on accounting and an MBA in entrepreneurship—experience he brings to his mission of reimagining autism care.

As Operations Manager, Shoshana plays a pivotal role in transforming Bright Pathways’ vision into the day-to-day experience of the families and clinicians we serve. She leads the operational systems that support every stage of care, helping ensure teams are equipped, communication remains seamless, and the organization continues to grow without compromising quality. With a background in psychology and a passion for building thoughtful, people-centered processes, Shoshana is committed to creating an environment where both families and clinicians feel genuinely supported. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Touro University’s Lander College for Women, graduating with high academic honors and receiving both merit and academic achievement awards.

Intake & Authorizations Manager

Rena oversees Bright Pathways’ intake process, leading one of the most important stages in a family’s journey from their first inquiry to the start of services. A journalist and writer by trade with a degree in Sociology from Touro University, Rena brings a natural curiosity and instinct for asking the right questions—skills that help her understand each family’s unique circumstances and needs. Working closely with families, clinicians, physicians, and the intake team, she coordinates assessments, insurance requirements, and each step needed to begin care. Rena is committed to making a complicated process feel organized and personal, so every family feels supported, informed, and confident from the very beginning.

Intake Coordinator

For many families, Hannah is the first person they meet at Bright Pathways, and she is dedicated to making the journey into ABA feel organized, supportive, and stress-free. A recent social work graduate currently completing her supervised clinical experience toward licensure, Hannah brings that training into every conversation—listening carefully, understanding each family’s needs, and helping them navigate what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming process. She coordinates documentation, works with physicians and healthcare providers, and helps keep each child’s care team aligned so families feel supported and informed long before their first assessment.

Community Relations Coordinator

Ettie serves in a unique dual role at Bright Pathways, supporting families through the intake process while also building relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and community organizations throughout the communities we serve. Her passion for helping children thrive extends beyond her work at Bright Pathways—she is currently pursuing her education to become a speech therapist. That growing clinical perspective brings even more meaning to her work connecting families with the services and support their children need. Ettie is passionate about expanding access to care while creating a welcoming, supportive experience for every family from their very first interaction with Bright Pathways.

Community Outreach Coordinator & Registered Behavior Technician

Christy serves in a unique dual role at Bright Pathways as both a Registered Behavior Technician and West Texas Community Relations Coordinator. Her path to ABA includes an unusually diverse background—from owning and operating her own business for seven years to working directly with children in a residential shelter before becoming an RBT. Today, she combines that hands-on clinical experience with a natural ability to build relationships, connecting with physicians, schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations throughout West Texas to help more families access quality autism services. With a background in psychology and behavioral health, Christy brings both a clinician’s understanding of the care we provide and a community-minded approach to expanding access across West Texas.

Hadar plays a vital role in helping children begin services with the right therapist. As Bright Pathways’ HR & Clinical Staffing Coordinator, she leads the recruitment of Registered Behavior Technicians while working closely with families to thoughtfully match each child with an RBT who fits their unique needs, schedule, and personality. Hadar believes that exceptional care begins with exceptional people, and she is passionate about building a team of compassionate clinicians while helping every family start their ABA journey with confidence.

Maital serves as the central point of coordination for every child’s care team, helping ensure families, BCBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians, and internal support teams remain connected throughout their journey with Bright Pathways. From preparing families and clinicians before services begin to supporting communication, collaboration, and ongoing coordination after therapy is underway, Maital helps every member of the team stay aligned around each child’s goals. She is passionate about building strong relationships and creating a seamless, supportive experience where families and clinicians always know they have someone they can rely on.
